Back in Japan
The 7 sisters are all happy and well. They gave an excellent report of the trip at the university, which is likely to attract many more students to try out the OZ adventure next year. The spirit of adventure, nature appreciation and fun seems to continue and keep growing! Good on you, my girls! So proud of you!
Thank you Australia!
Satomi - Thank you Australian for FOOD! - I could eat more meals everyday than everyone in our group! The amount of meals of every meals was amazing ! Also I had a special desert after every dinner like ice cream or a piece of cakes. I have been fatter than before !
Chinami - Thank you Australia for friendly people and beautiful nature!
Akiko- This time, we went to various places about 2 weeks. For example University of Queensland, Binna Burra Mountain Lodge, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, Tangalooma and so on.And we met many people who live in Australia. One person is our teacher, one person is Manager, one person is our home mother, one person is bus driver, one person is London boy. All of people were very kind for us and they taught us about “Australia”. Australian English, Australian Culture, Australian Living, The Nature of Australia… We learned these things from them. Our training was not approved without their existence. So, I think “thank you Australia”. And, “Thank you for the people who live in Australia”.
Maya - Thank you for English! In my high school days,I thought English is no need for me. So I studied it reluctantly. But after I go to Australia,my idea changed by 180 degrees.I thought English is very important. When I was in trouble, many foreigne people helped me.When I studied in UQ, the teacher talked to me in English. When I go back to home, they communicate with each other using English. If I didn't learn English,I might not have made friends, said reward, told my feelings. But I could speak English,I lived a full life. So I want to say special thanks for English! Communication with foreign people is very interesting, because I can get some new knowledge and cultural differences. But now, my English language skill is very low,so I want to study hard! When I go Australia next time, I want to go many places alone with higher English skill.

Please look this picture! Don't you think so beautiful? Have you ever seen like this sight in Japan? I took this in Moreton Island,in Australia. There are a lot of beautiful superb view point. If I want to see the beautiful sky in Japan, I have to destroy the high buildings, clean air.One is impossible, but the other one is possible. So I
decided to be a eco-friendly person to see the beautiful sky in Japan. In Australia,I was surprised at a lot of expression of the sky. For example, the morning glow was so divine, the blue sky was so panoramic, the sun set was so romantic, and the starlit sky was so twinkling. These experiences made me think so.Beeing eco-friendly person is very difficult, but very important thing. So let's start to be such person and look beautiful sky in Japan!

This picture is cucumber and my most shocking in Australia because this is my lunch. Moreover my host mother put cucumber with being wrapped vinyl of supermarket. This day, she forgot to make my lunch. She made very quickly just before I go to school. Then this day’s lunch is a cucumber chop, orange chops, and snacks. In Japan, we don’t eat like this lunch. I thought Australian people don’t care detail.I was very shocked this cucumber and unforgettable experience in Australia.

I took this photo at lone pine koala sanctuary. We worked there for 3days. I worked at koalas, kangaloos and birds part. I cleaned cages and washed eucalyptus trees. I couldn't hold animals, but I could touch koalas, kangaloos and snakes there. Baby koala was very small and soft. I was very happy to work there.

I took this photo at return road toward my home.We stayed Australia about 2weeks, and we went a lot of places and we experienced many things. Everything was very exciting, but it was uneasy for the first time. Then I came back this my return road, I thought “I’m home!”. So, I was very anxious. The 2 weeks training is busy day, but everyday had been enhanced.I want to go again by not training to Australia but sightseeing. :)
